Maca Tablets 1,800mg, an affordable supplement first used by the Aztec people to boost their fighting spirit and to enhance stamina, strength and libido.

Provides 60% carbohydrates, 10% protein and 9% dietary fibre, but is also a powerhouse of Minerals (Calcium, Selenium, Iron, Magnesium), Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids, Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, and 19 amino acids.
Maca is sometimes referred to as Peruvian ginseng as it is often taken as a libido booster by both men and women
Can help with the symptoms of menopause, being proven to alleviate the symptoms
Improves sexual function
Relieves anxiety and depression

Trials have shown that Maca increases sperm count, volume and motility.

Dosage: Between 1 and 3 teaspoons per day mixed with juice, water, milk, yoghurt, etc. or between 2 and 6 tablets three times daily

Contraindications: Due to insufficient data, we don't recommend taking Maca if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Maca contains glucosinolates, which may reduce your production of thyroid hormone, so if you have any existing thyroid problems you should consult your GP before taking Maca.

Do not take maca late in the day as it can give you too much energy when trying to unwind and may affect sleep patterns.

Maca is a natural herb; if you have any adverse reaction discontine taking it.

Ingredients: Organic Maca powder grown in Peru. Certified by the Soil Association. Tablets contain 450mg Maca Extract 4:1 powder in a vegetarian capsule, equivalent to 1,800mg per tablet.

well macca, i havnt noticed any side affects; it is a bit early to comment on the affect its had on my daily routine as yet. the delivery was quick and well packed - so well done there
