Delivery Times
We despatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. If items are out of stock we will tell you and ask if you would like to wait for new stock to arrive or if you would prefer a refund of your payment. Items posted to the UK are despatched First Class, Items to Europe are posted Airmail Small Packet. First Class post should arrive the next working day, Airmail Small Packets should arrive within 3-5 days of despatch.
Please note that instances of delayed deliveries, both First Class and Airmail Small Packet are annoyingly frequent, and we always complain to Royal Mail. However, Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days from despatch, so we are unable to send replacements until after this period.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept payment by all major Credit/Debit Cards.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Returns Policy
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to return any item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. It is your responsibility to to ensure that returned items reach us in a saleable condition. Returned items not received by us or received damaged will not be eligible for a refund, so you may wish to return them by trackable means. Please note that UK shipping is included in the price of all items and, should you wish to return anything for a refund, the actual shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please email sales@earthrise-foods.co.uk and we will either replace the item free of charge or refund your payment.
